Every Vibrent pieces is created with purpose and care.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for an exchange or replacement.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by Vibrent.
